Good Day Jim,

Just a short note to let you know I received your Sat locator and the Canary yesterday. All ok, used the sat site for two checks and one I thought was good I moved to a better position according to the sat site and got an extra satellite for the customer. Used later for a DSS and saved me a lot of work, the site I thought was good was a dud, saved me some time.

The canary, well nice little story, I was out doing a install today and forgot to bring the dam TV, so I said lets try this "bird" out. Ran all the cables for the install as your sat site said it was a good location, hooked up with the arc set and "bird"; the thing took to singing. Well I went through all the alignment and top to bottom. Said to my co- worker well lets check this out. Set up the receiver GI-350 did the limits and what can I say but its a dam good machine. PERFECT PERFECT not a adjustment made. We couldn't believe it.

As you are aware we purchased the Arc-set first then the Sat-site and Canary, I can absolutely guarantee you that these three tools will save an easy three hours per install. I am so very pleased and happy with all three. I have been in the satellite game for many years, I have NEVER purchased three tools that have given such returns on the small investment. All are great, all I can say is to anybody who hasn't tried these should do so with their next system.

We are so very pleased with the tools, christ I hate calling them tools they are more like a third arm or something.
